Dr. Jennifer London, Ph.D

Dr. Jennifer London holds a PhD in psychology from the Ohio State University and postdoctoral education in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh School of Business. She has a diversified background of scope and accomplishment in strategic planning, business development, executive hiring, development and outplacement, as well as marketing and community relations. Her work has also included evaluating markets and client bases in the Midwestern and Mid-Atlantic regions and assessing and developing potential clients nationwide for the development of new and expanded markets for companies ranging from small privately held businesses to Fortune 100 corporations.

Dr. London moved to the Washington DC area in 1995 to work with Deloitte and Touche, LLP as Marketing and Business Development Consultant where she was engaged to build regional visibility in the Mid-Atlantic region. She led the firm’s process for market evaluation and strategic planning to increase market share and developed and spearheaded business development initiatives resulting in over $13 million in billable fees. By planning and coordinating programs to enhance community relations and generate interest in services she identified and placed over 20 partners on strategic boards and committees which resulted in increased firm visibility and business development opportunities.

Thereafter Dr. London consulted with the Mid-Atlantic Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the role of Director of Client Service for the Tax Practice where she was responsible for spearheading the Firm’s tax product and service initiatives through strategic planning and working with Partners on business development and community relations resulting in over $1 million in billable fees. She then became Business Development Executive for the company’s Operational and Systems Risk Management Services practice working with the Partner for Federal Government Consulting which grew from $10 million to $100 million.

Dr. London was engaged as a consultant to CACI International, Inc. to support the company’s strategic mergers and acquisitions program by conducting acquisition search. The scope of work included researching, developing and qualifying companies, arranging meetings with company principals, and gathering information during due diligence, negotiation and board review phases. This resulted in the acquisitions by CACI of six companies totaling over $200 million in annual revenues.

Dr. London has numerous professional publications to her credit. She also co-authored four books written with her late husband the former CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Dr. J. Phillip (Jack) London, titled “Our Good Name”, “Character, the Ultimate Success Factor” and “Profiles in Character” as well as “Ever Vigilant, Leadership and Legacy by the Executive Chairman of CACI” about the history and strategies that propelled CACI from a $100 million consulting company to a $5.6 billion multinational information technology company to supports some of America’s most critical work.

As a thought leader, Dr. London has been interviewed by several national radio and TV programs including Fox Business Network on topics including business, national security and the military. She has also spoken to senior military leaders at the National Press Club, Ft. Belvoir and the USO.

Dr. London maintains leadership roles in a number of organizations including Board of Directors of the Navy League of the United States, Chair of the U.S. Navy League Foundation Board, Board of Directors of the National Navy Museum Development Foundation, Trustee of George Mason University Foundation (Nominating and Governance Committee), Life Guard Society of Mt. Vernon (Executive Committee), National Council of The White House Historical Association, and Councilor of American Ancestors/New England Historic and Genealogical Society. Her Board Appointments and Directorships have previously included The Associates Program in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh (Executive Committee and Chair of Small Business Committee), Executive Committee of Junior Achievement of the National Capital Area (Board Recruitment Committee) and Trustee for the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce PAC (Secretary).

Dr. London and her husband helped create and support major educational initiatives for our next generation of leaders. These include The CNO Naval History Essay Award (U.S. Naval Institute), The Leadership in Sea Services Award (U.S. Naval Institute), The Voices of Maritime: USNA Superintendent’s Vision and Leadership Essay Award (U. S. Naval Historical Association), The Capt. Samuel Nicholson Naval and Marine Corps History and Leadership Award (U.S. Naval Academy), The Capt. J. Phillip London, USN, ’59 Cyber Security Studies Award (U.S. Naval Academy). The London’s also helped support the installation of Navy Memorial Lone Sailor statues at Pearl Harbor and Utah Beach.

In 2019 Dr. London launched the “National American History and Founders Month” initiative and she continues to support the “Mt. Vernon Prize for Excellence in History and Civics in Honor of Dr. Jennifer London” which was created by her late husband in 2020. In 2022, Dr. Jennifer London created the Dr. Jack London Geospatial Fund (Institute for the Study of War) in honor of her husband’s legacy and passion for advancing national security. In 2022 she also supported the partnership between CACI International and the United States Naval Academy in establishing an advanced studies program in EMS and EW designed to prepare midshipmen for evolving threats to national security.
